I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my charity photography work and helped raise funds for St Mary’s Hospice.
Thanks to the incredible support at the Pet Portrait Shoot held at Brookes Garden Centre, we raised an amazing £306.64 for the hospice.
In addition, £200.00 was raised through sales of the 2026 calendars, bringing the total contribution to £506.64.
Why This Means So Much
St Mary’s Hospice is a charity that is very close to my heart. The care, compassion, and dignity they showed my dad during his time there meant more to me and my family than words can express.
Being able to give something back through my photography — and seeing the community come together to support this cause — is incredibly emotional and deeply appreciated.

This calendar focuses on the small moments often overlooked: texture, light, colour, and stillness. Each image is carefully composed to reflect the calm, grounding presence of the natural world, creating a collection that feels timeless and restorative.
Calendar Girls 2027 is a project created to celebrate real women, real stories, and real beauty, capturing strength, individuality, and connection through thoughtful, professional portraiture.
This project isn’t about perfection — it’s about confidence, character, courage, and authenticity. Each participant brings her own story, energy, and presence, and every image is created with care, respect, and intention.
Calendar Girls has grown into a much-loved community project, gaining local recognition and support. The calendar has previously been featured in the Westmorland Gazette and on BBC Radio Cumbria, helping to share the message of empowerment, connection, and giving back across the region.
